Hello there!

My name's Joonkie, the "main author" of the blog. First of all, I'd like to thank you all for visiting this blog! And I'm writing on behalf of our team to give you an introduction to our blog - the Foodie's Digest!

I was driven to create this blog because of the passion towards good food, and sharing is caring, right? Not to mention I'm also currently undertaking a course in Culinary Management. The blogger of "Eat Drink KL", Mr. Sean is also an inspiration for me to create Foodie's Digest.

I mentioned our team, whom manage the blog. They handle different "departments" of the blog, trying to give you, our readers, a conveniently simple, yet detailed, food blog. Our goal is to share good food (mainly from Malaysia and Australia) to anyone who's itching for a taste! Although none of the group is technically a "food critic", we'd always challenge our palettes and try to give our best descriptions on the foods we put in our mouths to give our readers a good sense of the taste, and maybe, make our little blog more "reliable", in a sense. The team's profile will be able to view from the "Team's Gallery" tab, which is currently under construction.

The posts we put up will mostly be riddled with photos of the restaurant (and food), there will be short introductions, photo captions, fumbling comments about the ambiance and the taste of the food and drinks, and of course, the price. We also give a little summary at the end of our posts in the shape of a 10 point rating system. We also detail the specifics of the restaurant, namely their promotions (if there is any), locations, and their operating hours.
